ESTATE SETTLEMENT

Mr. Johnson believed that naming Broadway Bank as executor of his estate was the right decision for him and his wife.  Upon his death, we stepped in to administer the estate so that Mrs. Johnson could deal with the more personal matters.  Keeping Mrs. Johnson fully informed, we collected the assets of the estate and arranged for the appraisal of real estate and personal property.  We paid the debts and expenses.  We carried out the terms of the Will, including specific bequests of money and property to friends and relatives all over the world.  Our extensive knowledge of estate settlement allows us to meet all of the requirements of the probate code, the estate planning documents, and the family in an efficient and timely manner.
