Banking user:
If you currently only use Mobile Banking (vs. Online Banking): Advantages include:
  • You’ll need to delete your present app version and download the new app.
  • Search for Broadway Bank to locate the app. Android users can access the new app in Google Play. iPhone users can access the new app in the App Store.
  • The new app icon will appear identical to the present app icon.
  • Login using your current Online Banking login credentials.
  • You’ll need to self-enroll into Online Banking in order to gain account access to the new mobile banking app.
  • To self-enroll into Online Banking, call 800.531.7650 to obtain your personal activation code and then self-enroll online.
  • Mobile Banking is a feature that you can activate within Online Banking.



  • Use the same login credentials for both Online Banking and Mobile Banking.
  • View merchant information for debit card transactions.
  • Mobile check deposit available (for qualified customers). Visit your nearest Banking Center or contact our Customer Service Center at 800.531.7650 to determine your eligibility.
