47”LCD TV PROMOTION & SWEEPSTAKES for Kyle Banking Center

  1. Introduction: No purchase or service acquisition necessary. 

  2. Eligibility: All individuals must be 18 years of age or older and legal residents of Texas or active or retired military personnel. Limit one prize per household. Employees of Broadway Bank, its affiliates and agencies and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Businesses are excluded from this sweepstakes.

  3. Sweepstakes Period: The sweepstakes will begin Oct 9, 2012 (8:00am CDT) and will end on November 9, 2012 (11:59pm CDT).

  4. How to Enter: Come by the lobby of the new Kyle Banking center and fill out an entry form to enter into the drawing and you will be entered into the sweepstakes. As an alternate method of entry, you may complete a sweepstakes entry form online at www.broadwaybank.com/sweepstakes. One entry per household.

  5. Drawing: The sweepstake winner (1 winner total) will be selected in a random drawing process to be conducted on November 9, 2012 at the Broadway Bank Kyle Banking Center, 5809 Kyle Parkway (Village) at Kyle), Kyle, Texas 78209. Odds of winning dependent upon number of total entries. All federal, state and local taxes and other liabilities are the responsibility of the winner. The prize will be awarded. Prize is not transferable. Broadway Bank and other sponsors and their agencies are not responsible for lost, late, stolen, or illegible entries. The winner may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Release of Liability and an authorization for the use of his/her name, address, voice, picture or other likeness, without compensation for promotional purposes prior to receipt of prize. The winner will be notified by telephone or mail within 10 days of drawing.

  6. Prizes: A total of one (1) 47’ LCD TV valued @ $650 prize will be awarded. Prize value prior to tax.

  7. Miscellaneous: Value of prize may be considered income and reported on IRS Form 1099-MISC. Broadway Bank, its affiliates and their respective agents are not responsible for any personal injury or damages.

  8. Winner List: A complete list of the prize winner will be available by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope after November 9, 2012 to Broadway Bank Marketing Dept., 1177 N.E. Loop 410, San Antonio, Texas 78209.

  9. This sweepstakes shall be void where prohibited.
