ACCOUNT INFORMATION: If you press [1], you will be asked to: • Enter your access number which may also be your account number followed by the pound [#] sign. • Enter your personal identification number (PIN) which may be the last four digits of your Social Security number followed by the pound [#] sign. For business accounts, enter the last four digits of your Tax ID number followed by the pound [#] sign. MERCHANT VERIFICATION: If you press [2], you can verify the availability of funds on a specific check. TeleBank will ask you to: • Enter the account number followed by the pound [#] sign. • Enter the check amount, including dollars and cents followed by the pound [#] sign. REPORT LOST OR STOLEN ATM OR DEBIT CARDS: If you press [3], TeleBank will direct you to a customer service representative for assistance in reporting your card lost or stolen. REORDER CHECKS: If you press [6], TeleBank will direct you to a Harland Clarke Connection Point Operator for 24-hour assistance in ordering your checks.
