HOW TO GET STARTED:
Just call 210.283.6789 or 888.454.5345, from your touch-tone phone. Of course, during normal business hours you can always talk to a Broadway representative in person by pressing [0] at any time during your call.

To access our automated TeleBank for account information you’ll need:

  • A touch-tone phone
  • Access number
  • Personal Identification Number (PIN). For business accounts,
    use the last four digits of your Tax ID number
  • Your account number

1 Banking Services: Account balances, deposit information, funds transfer, and PIN changes

ACCOUNT INFORMATION:
If you press [1], you will be asked to:

• Enter your access number which may also be your account number followed by the pound [#] sign.

• Enter your personal identification number (PIN) which may be the last four digits of your Social Security number – followed by the pound [#] sign. For business accounts, enter the last four digits of your Tax ID number – followed by the pound [#] sign.


MERCHANT VERIFICATION:
If you press [2], you can verify the availability of funds on a specific check. TeleBank will ask you to:

• Enter the account number followed by the pound [#] sign.

• Enter the check amount, including dollars and cents followed by the pound [#] sign.


REPORT LOST OR STOLEN ATM OR DEBIT CARDS:
If you press [3], TeleBank will direct you to a customer service representative for assistance in reporting your card lost or stolen.


REORDER CHECKS:
If you press [6], TeleBank will direct you to a Harland Clarke Connection Point Operator for 24-hour assistance in ordering your checks.
