The next step is completing the mortgage loan application. You can reduce the processing time by having the following information available for your loan officer.

- Last 30 days of paystubs.
- If self-employed we need the following: Previous 2 years complete personal and corporate tax returns with all schedules attached.
- If including income from Social Security, Disability, Retirement, or Divorce we need to obtain applicable Award Letters.
- If receiving rental property income, we need to obtain any applicable rental agreements.

- Latest two months bank statements
- Latest investment account statements, all pages are needed.

- Copy of earnest money contract on subject property.
- Copy of earnest money contract on property to be sold or final Settlement Statement on recently sold property.
- Complete divorce decree, if applicable.
- A copy of all borrower's drivers license.
