JOB DESCRIPTION:
This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service by recording customer transactions on accounts. The Teller will be required to uncover the product/service needs of the customer and make appropriate referrals to other departments.

HOURS:
Monda through Friday between the hours of 7:15 am - 6:15 pm; Rotating Saturday 8:45 am - 1:15 pm. Hours may vary and/or subject to change based on banking center needs.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: (REQUIRED)
Completion and passing scores on the Teller Skills Assessment Test (TSAT). High school diploma or equivalent. PC proficient and type 25 wpm accurately.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1 year teller experience with emphasis in sales and service. Currency counter, coin counter, and teller machine.
