We are happy to report that Broadway Bank scored extremely well in all areas of delivering true customer service to our customers. Check out the following synopsis from our recent customer survey:

  • Satisfaction: About 96% of the respondents consider their overall relationship with Broadway Bank as ‘excellent’ or ‘good’.
  • Loyalty: 82% of the respondents would ‘definitely’ or ‘probably’ come to Broadway Bank first for additional financial services.
  • Advocacy: 92% of the respondents would ‘definitely’ or ‘probably’ recommend the bank to others.

Staff and Banking Center facilities received 98% and 97% favorable ratings. A total of 75% respondents report that Broadway Bank is ‘much better’ or ‘better’ than other financial institutions.
