A loan of $50,000 with a 15 year amortization and a 5 yr balloon payment, a 75% loan to value (ltv) and an APR of 5.88% would have 59 monthly payments of $415.36 and a final payment of $38,242.19. A 5 year loan of $15,000 with a 75% loan to value (ltv) and an APR of 7.71% would have 60 monthly payments of $297.03.
