San Antonio, Texas, June 17, 2013 — Broadway Bank is pleased to announce the appointment of
“Pam brings strong credentials to this position, including experience, industry knowledge, and strategic planning skills; we’re delighted to have her as president,” said Jim Goudge, chairman and CEO of Broadway Bank. “Beyond being the right fit for the job, Pam is active in the financial services industry and gives back to the community in numerous ways.”
Parish joined Broadway Bank in 2003, and has served as group executive vice president of the Wealth Management Division for the past 10 years. During her tenure, the assets under her management have more than doubled to $1.6 billion. In addition, Parish leads the bank’s Strategic Planning Council, and has overseen numerous strategic initiatives to further strengthen the bank’s growth and stability.

Prior to joining Broadway Bank, Parish held various executive positions at JPMorgan Chase and its predecessors. Among her financial management positions were those of state-wide manager of trust services, wealth advisor and private banker.
Parish currently serves as the chair of the Wealth Management and Trust Division of The Texas Bankers Association, and is also on the Board of Directors. She is a board member of the Christus Santa Rosa Children’s Hospital Foundation, and has served on various other committees and councils.
She holds a magna cum laude undergraduate degree and a Master in Business from Lamar University. She is also a graduate of Southwestern Graduate School of Banking and is a Certified Financial Planner®.
