James D. GoudgeCEO & ChairmanA graduate of the University of Texas in Austin, Goudge worked for the National Bank of Commerce, Allied American Bank, and Kelly Field National Bank prior to joining Broadway Bank as Lending Division Manager in 1989. He was named President & CEO in 1998 and promoted to Chairman & CEO in 2001. Goudge is currently the Chairman of the Texas Bankers Association. He also currently serves as a member of the Community Depository Institutions Advisory Council for the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, and the San Antonio Economic Development Foundation Executive Committee. He is on the Board of the Directors of the United Way Board and is co-chair of their Leadership giving Campaign. |

Joe C. McKinneyVice ChairmanAs Vice Chairman of the Board since October 2002, McKinney focuses on business development for the Commercial Lending, Private Banking and Wealth Management divisions. McKinney retired in March 2002 as Chairman and CEO of JPMorgan Chase Bank (formerly Chase Manhattan Bank and Texas Commerce Bank) – San Antonio Region with over 28 years of banking experience. He holds a degree in Economics from Harvard University and a MBA in Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He currently serves as a Director for USAA Real Estate Company, Luby’s, Inc., Prodigy Communications Corporation, and as Trustee for U.S. Global Investors Funds. He is former Chairman of numerous economic and development organizations.

Shaun D. KennedyBank PresidentJoining Broadway Bank in 2001, Kennedy oversees Commercial Banking, Private Banking, Retail Banking, Wealth Management and Marketing for the bank. He previously served as a Managing Director for Bank One Corporation. He is a graduate of Bradley University in Illinois, holds a MBA from Illinois State University, and attended the University of Virginia Graduate School of Bank Management. Kennedy serves on the Board of the North San Antonio Chamber of Commerce and is an honorary member of the Board of Directors of the San Antonio Children’s Shelter. He is a member of Central Texas Chapter of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO). He is also very active with the special needs community of San Antonio, including the Arc of San Antonio. |

Harvey P. HartenstinePresident of Broadway Bank’s Austin RegionHarvey joined Broadway Bank in 1992 and has served as Group Executive Vice President - Division Manager of Private Banking since 2001. He has over 32 years of experience in the banking and finance industry. Harvey holds a degree from the Graduate School of Banking from the University of Wisconsin in Madison, a Master of Business in International Finance from Our Lady of the Lake University, and a Bachelors of Science Degree from Southwest Texas State University in San Marcos. Harvey is actively involved in the community and is a past member of the following organizations: AIA Foundation/ Board of Directors, Mission Road Ministries/Board of Directors, Mission Road Ministries/Chaired 2003 annual gala, Crosspoint Inc. Board of Directors, Chaired KLRN’s annual San Antonio Wine Festival, Past Fiesta Commissioner with the San Antonio Fiesta Commission, Founding Board of Directors San Antonio Business Development Fund and completed Leadership San Antonio (LSA) class of 1999 – 2000. |
