JOB DESCRIPTION:
Assist customer by performing in the capacity of Financial Services Representative and Customer Service Representative (Teller) as necessary.
HOURS:
Monday - Friday 7:45 AM - 6:15 PM; Rotating Saturdays 8:15 AM - 12:15 PM; Schedule may vary based on banking center needs
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: (REQUIRED)
1 year teller experience or 1 year new accounts experience. Knowledge of bank products and services. Completion and passing score on the Customer Service Representative (Teller ) Skills Assessment Test. High school diploma or equivalent. Personal computer, normal teller equipment (i.e., coin counter, bill counter, etc.)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1 year bank operations experience. 2 years teller experience. 2 years financial service representative experience. 4 year college degree. Word for Windows and Excel for Windows. FiServ Core and Branch Delivery.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service by recording customer transactions on accounts. The CSR will be required to uncover customer’s product/service needs and make appropriate referral to other departments.
HOURS:
Monday - Friday 1:00 PM - 6:15 PM; Saturday 8:45 AM - 1:15 PM; Hours may vary based on banking center needs
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: (REQUIRED)
Completion and passing scores on the Customer Service Representative (Teller) Skills Assessment Test. High school diploma or equivalent. PC proficient and type 25 wpm accurately.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1 year teller experience with emphasis in sales and service. Currency counter, coin counter, and teller machine.

To be considered for a Customer Service Representative (Teller) position, a jobseeker must pass the Customer Service Representative (Teller) Skills Assessment Test. The test utilizes cash handling, calculating, and balancing skills. All test materials will be provided. No previous experience is required. Business attire is recommended.

April 3rd & 17th

June 5th & 26th
July 10th & 31st
August 14th & 28th
September 11th & 25th
October 9th & 30th
November 13th & 20th
December 4th & 18th
Test times are 8:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Space is limited to the first 12 jobseekers.
Results will be furnished immediately following the test. If you pass the test, you will be asked to complete an application and stay for an interview. The testing, application, and interview process may take up to 3 hours.
If you are unable to attend one of the special testing days, you may take the test Monday Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. If you pass the test, you will be asked to complete an application and an interview will be scheduled for another day. The testing and application process takes about an hour.
If you do not pass, you may retake the test after 6 months.
